Questions about official Cass County records must go to the office that created or keeps the document. The Sheriff, County Clerk, and District Clerk have different duties and different counters in Linden. The routing information below identifies the proper source for court cases, arrest and booking material, statewide criminal histories, incident reports, and Texas record-clearing filings.

This Is Not a Government Office. Cass County Criminal History is a private reference resource. We cannot retrieve, change, certify, or remove a record, perform an official background check, or receive an expunction or nondisclosure filing.
